  • آفس آرڈر
    اپیل کنندگان/عوام کو مزید سہولت فراہم کرنے اور ان کے پیسے بچانے کے لیے، اب سے ہر اپیل میں سیکیورٹی فیس "دستک ایپ" کے ذریعے جمع کی جائے گی۔
    "دستک ایپ" کے ذریعے قاعدہ 10 کے تحت اخراجات کے لیے سیکیورٹی فیس جمع کرانے کا طریقہ کار:
    1. ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں اور لاگ ان کریں:
    گوگل پلے سٹور (Android) یا Apple App Store (iOS) سے DASTAK ایپ ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں اور اپنا اکاؤنٹ بنائیں یا لاگ ان کریں۔
    2. تلاش کیس:
    ہوم پیج پر، نیچے جاکر، "ٹریک سروس ٹریبونل کیس" کو منتخب کریں اور اپنی اپیل نمبر اور سال درج کریں۔
    3۔ Payment Service ID حاصل کریں۔
    ایپ کیس کی تفصیلات دکھائے گی، بشمول ادائیگی سروس ID (PSID)۔ کیس کی تفصیلات سے منفرد ادائیگی سروس ID (PSID) حاصل کریں۔ اگلے مرحلے کے لیے PSID کو احتیاط سے کاپی کریں۔
    4. ادائیگی کریں:
    PSID کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے ادائیگی کے لیے بینکنگ ایپ استعمال کریں (جیسے، ایزی پیسہ، جاز کیش، یا کوئی اور)
    5۔ رسید کو محفوظ کریں:
    اپنی بینکنگ ایپ سے ادائیگی کی رسید کو محفوظ کریں۔
    6۔ چالان حاصل کریں:
    "دستک ایپ" سے چالان بنائیں اور ڈاؤن لوڈ/ پرنٹ کریں۔
    7۔ چالان جمع کروائیں:
    پرنٹ شدہ چالان سروس ٹریبونل پشاور میں جمع کروائیں۔
    8۔ طریقہ کار دیکھیں:
    کسی بھی سوال کے لیے "دستک ایپ" کے اندر موجود ویڈیو کو دیکھیں۔
  • OFFICE ORDER
    In order to further facilitate the litigant/public and save their money, henceforth, security fees in each appeal shall be deposited through the DASTAK App.

    Procedure for depositing Security for Costs under Rule 10 through the DASTAK App:

    1. Download & Login: Download the DASTAK App from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and create or log in to your account.

    2. Track Case: On the homepage, scroll down, select "Track Service Tribunal Case" and enter your Appeal No. and Year.

    3. Get PSID: The app will display case details, including the Payment Service ID (PSID). Obtain the unique Payment Service ID (PSID) from the case details. Carefully copy the PSID for the next step.

    4. Make Payment: Use a banking app (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other) to pay using the PSID.

    5. Save Receipt: Save the payment receipt from your banking app.

    6. Obtain Challan: Generate and download/print the challan from the DASTAK App.

    7. Submit Challan: Submit the printed challan to the Tribunal.

    8. Watch Tutorials: For any questions, refer to the video tutorials within the DASTAK App.

    In order to facilitate the litigants and reduce burden upon them, the appellants / counsel for appellant are required to submit two (2) sets of spare copies of the memorandum of appeal — one (1) for the second Member and one (1) for the Advocate General (AG) office. Official Respondents have already been provided access through their Dash Boards and they may get copies of the appeals from the website whereas private respondents may get such copies from the Tribunal on their putting appearance.

    In order to further facilitate the litigants, desirous to obtain certified copies of the orders/Judgment and of the permissible documents, they may deposit the requisite fee of attestation and verification as well as envelope of registered post /AD duly (containing the address of the recipient) and postal stamps alongwith an application on the prescribed form, so that copies could be dispatched to them on their given mailing addresses, soon after preparation of the certified copies.

    In order to further facilitate the litigants, having service matters in the Tribunal, a representative fo the Pakistan Post will be available during office hours for sending the processes of the Tribunal to the private parties through registered post AD, in addition to already ordered Electronic Service of Process of the official responents.
