Miss Fareeha Paul acquired her master degree in the discipline of Political Science from the University of Peshawar. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Peshawar. She joined the Provincial Civil Service in 1997 and served in various departments of provincial government including Finance, Excise and Taxation, Home and Tribal Affairs and Irrigation Department. She was also deputed in the FATA Secretariat and served there in its Finance and Planning and Development Departments. She served in the Establishment Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Special Secretary, Establishment. She remained the Secretary to Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zakat, Ushr, Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment Department and Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission. She attained various trainings, courses and workshops during her service including Mid-Career Management Course from the National Institute of Management, Peshawar and Senior Management Course from National Management College, Lahore. She joined Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal as Member Executive in March 2022.
