For expeditious decision of the appeals pertaining to posting/transfer issues and those in which injunction is granted, it is directed that all such appeals belonging to camp courts would be fixed at the concerned camp court during the days the Tribunal has sitting at the camp court and if there is no sitting of the Tribunal in the camp courts, transfer appeals shall be fixed before the Tribunal at the principal seat.
