Mr. Habib Ur Rehman Orakzai assumed the charge of Registrar at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal on 20.05.2024. He received law degree in 2011 and LL.M (Corporate Law) in 2018. Before joining judiciary as Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate in 2016, he was appointed as Deputy Assistant Solicitor, in Ministry of Law & Justice, Islamabad. He pursued certified online course-work focused on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Legal System and its implications for upholding the Rule of Law titled “Artificial Intelligence & Rule of Law” as well as ethical considerations of Al in the court room, from The National Judicial College, USA. He also completed online courses on “Ethics in the Age of Generative Al” and “Prompt Engineering: How to talk to the Als” from LinkedIn Learning. He attended several trainings at Federal and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academies and Seminars held by prestigious International Organizations like UNDP, UNWOMEN, ICRC, UNESCO, and UNFPA. He also worked as Research & Publications Officer at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA). Besides research, he moderated various trainings at KPJA.
